Return & Refund Policy — Fleux
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging (including all accessories, heads/tips, manuals, and inserts)

With proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
Important (Hygiene & Safety):
Because Fleux products are personal-care/hygiene items, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been used, or any item where the seal is broken (including opened replacement heads/tips), unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at Support@fleuxoral.com with:

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for return (optional but helpful)

Photos (required if the item is damaged/defective)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged

You received the wrong item
Email Support@fleuxoral.com with clear photos/videos of the issue and the packaging, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used personal-care items

Opened/seal-broken replacement heads/tips or accessories

Sale/discounted items (unless defective on arrival)

Gift cards

Any item damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not following usage instructions
If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping anything back.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Fleux will replace the item with the same product at no additional cost (after we review your request and supporting photos/videos).
Refunds are not offered in these cases, unless:

The same product is out of stock or discontinued

A replacement cannot reasonably resolve the issue
In those situations, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the case and the original payment method.
Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, Fleux will cover return shipping (or offer a replacement, depending on the case).

For all other eligible returns (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
