Shipping Policy — Fleux

Thank you for shopping with Fleux. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within Lebanon.

1) Shipping Area (Lebanon Only)

Fleux currently ships only within Lebanon.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and (when available) tracking details.

3) Shipping Carrier

All deliveries within Lebanon are shipped via Aramex.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after your order is shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or operational disruptions).

5) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown and calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6) Address & Contact Details

Please make sure your full address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, you may be responsible for additional delivery charges to resend the order.

7) Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with an Aramex investigation.

8) Damaged or Wrong Orders

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and share clear photos of:

  • The outer package

  • The product(s)

  • Any visible damage

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
